A very basic executable file compiled via MATLAB and Visual Studio 2010 that will prompt you to give the numerator and denominator in an array format.
AKA put in the transfer function's numerator coefficients and denominator coefficients in descending order, and will output a root locus plot.

This program is developed for measurement of semi-automatic quantification of muscle and fat on the abdominal CT. If you draw the peritoneal line on the CT image, you can easily and fast obtain the abdominal circumference, the area of abdominal muscles, the area of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. This program requires the installation of MATLAB compiler (MATLAB Complier (R2014a) Runtime 8.3) before running the program (BMI_CT_ver6.exe). You can download the complier program from the MathWorks Web site by navigating to http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html Accuracy of the program was validated by manual measurement, Image J, and Aquarius program.
