Get an email when there's a new version of Root Locus

A very basic executable file compiled via MATLAB and Visual Studio 2010 that will prompt you to give the numerator and denominator in an array format.
AKA put in the transfer function's numerator coefficients and denominator coefficients in descending order, and will output a root locus plot.

Requires MATLAB compiler runtime, which can be downloaded from here:

This program is developed for measurement of semi-automatic quantification of muscle and fat on the abdominal CT. If you draw the peritoneal line on the CT image, you can easily and fast obtain the abdominal circumference, the area of abdominal muscles, the area of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. MESMER is designed to analyze and simulate reactions in the gas phase that take place on a potential energy surface that is characterized by having one or more potential wells, and which are typically described by rate coefficients that depend on pressure (or concentration) as well as temperature.
