Roomba create is a great device, but it might just be that this program doesn't work with the create because the create will require a different baud rate than some of the other roomba models. Otherwise - they both are fairly similar units. If anyone is looking for a good introductory writeup on communicating with the vacuum roomba as well as the create models - it might be helpful to check out robotappstore . com and look under the knowledgebase tab. Hope this helps!
