Riggy

Riggy is a dice `bot for pbIRC RPGs. He is specialized to provide a fair interface for D&D, d20, GURPS, White Wolf, Shadowrun and Mirima Tyalie dice systems. He also includes random name generation and miscellaneous IRC utilities.
