ReSVidex was developed by Marco Cacciabue and Stephanie Goya to implement the dynamic molecular classification of RSV according to Goya et al. Based on a machine learning classification model trained over the RSV G ectodomain nucleotide sequence, it allows the user to identify the RSV subtype, genotype, subgenotype and genetic lineage for each query sequence.
