"The files included the Relative Metabolic Differences (RMetD) method which is built for predicting the flux differences in genome-scale metabolic models using gene expression data. The method differentiates a reference genome-scale metabolic model into two different models based on the differentially expressed genes. Before applying this script, the user has to setup RAVEN toolbox and install MOSEK solver. The provided files include a genome-scale metabolic model for mice small intestine as well as experimental data for the diet information and the differentially expressed genes between two different conditions.

In addition, the 'RMetDMain.m' is provided as a show case exhibiting how RMetD could be used. Just replace the 'path' in 'RMetDMain.m' with the path you store the files and run the script. You will get the results for the metabolic fluxes of conventional raised and germ-free mice as well as the difference between the fluxes in both models.
