In the archive we make available the latest 
reference implementation of the algorithm RegnANN.

Please note that RegnANN requires the NVIDIA CUDA 
library and SDK to be installed on your system in 
order to be successfully compiled.

In the archive you find instruction on how to compile 
and test the software (see the README file in the archive).

In the subdirecory "data" within the archive we provide some 
examples of E.coli subnetworks gene expression and relative 
adjacency matrices that can be used with the software.

Please note that the source code is distributed according
to the GPLv3 license. Any other file enclosed is distributed
according its own licence.

The software is part of research work published online.
