In your OSGI ss console, type in: install http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/red1/p2/WithHoldingTax/WithHoldingTax_plugin.jar The LCO.zip 2Pack is added here for convenience. It is not needed as is already embedded in the Plugin, and you just start the bundle ID within the launched OSGi console without login into iDempiere yet. LCOData.zip 2Pack is Colombian implementation data not included in the plugin. So you need to pack in manually from iDempiere window. If you wish to modify the 2Pack, you can take the original DB source - ExpDat361LCOPackOut.jar, extract its ExpDat.dmp and go to the Pack Out window where it is already defined for you to modify and PackOut again your new 2Pack.
