MAIN Libero plugin is now split into two.
1) org.idempiere.LiberoMfg_1.0.0.201310152358.jar
2) org.idempiere.LiberoMfg_forms_1.0.0.201310071230.jar

(1) is for both adempiere-client and idempiere-server AND it has embedded 2Pack so you need not have (*A & *C)
(2) is for adempiere-client only

You can install (1) and (2) directly from your OSGi console:
> install http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/red1/p2/LiberoMFG/org.idempiere.LiberoMfg_1.0.0.201310152358.jar
> install http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/red1/p2/LiberoMFG/org.idempiere.LiberoMfg_forms_1.0.0.201310071230.jar

OTHER ITEMS
*A) org.idempiere.LiberoMfg_1.0.0.201309230513.jar is an older but single OSGi plugin for install at iDempiere Swing client console. (Not usable at idempiere-server.sh. Deprecated by 1 & 2 above.) 

*B) ExpDat20131009_123527.jar (timestamp may change) is the ExpDat dump of the latest iDempiere ready database where the PackOut is set to provide the 2Pack. DB is tested on PG only. 

*C) LiberoMfg.zip is the PackOut 2Pack zip for manual Pack In. 

Once both plugin and 2Pack is installed, you can do SequenceCheck and RoleAccessUpdate and relogin to test the Libero MFG. 

*D) org.idempiere.fitnesse.Mfg_1.0.0.201310160013.jar is the Fitnesse testing code. Refer to Forum for test script - http://red1.org/adempiere/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=1777

p/s If you hit a SLIM error during Fitnesse Testing, check if are not getting the latest core idempiere plugins that is dated after October 5 then fetch them manually from DailyBuild:
