If you uncompress public.zip and mount it into web server directory, this will probably work.
To add a language, add <language-code>_messages.json file to the json directory and a link in index.html. As of 13 March lots of new language files, but the translations are 'machine' therefore quite rough.
To change the tests for recycled/binned items, change the arrays in categories.json.
To add or change items. you'll have to find images and change index.html and categories.json, for example.
We may remove the jquery part, the jquery link uses a CDN at the moment too.
Probably add food waste and a 'what can I do with this' box.
