Recurrent Simulator Pilot Training

The scope of this project is to expand simulator training capacity by procuring and installing additional flight simulators and upgrading the existing training facility to support increased throughput. The project includes simulator acquisition, facility modifications, installation, integration into the current training schedule, and final testing to ensure operational readiness. It also includes coordination with training staff and scheduling teams to support a smooth transition into full operations.
The project is planned to be completed within 365 days with an estimated budget of $2 million. A key constraint is maintaining ongoing pilot training operations throughout implementation. Any disruption to training schedules must be minimized to avoid delays in pilot certification and overall operational readiness. Additional constraints include facility space limitations, simulator delivery timelines, and instructor availability.
