Release Name: 0.4 Notes: This release focused on bug fixes; it also switched over to Ogg Theora for movies. Bug Fixes and code improvement: * Partial rewrite of sdl.c to improve performance * Fixed several memory leaks * Fixed a bug corrupting EVENT.TMP at beginning of turn * Added support for win32 environment variables * Fixed crash during average safety calculation during launch sequence * Various behind-the-scenes bug fixes and tidying up Changes: * Advanced Preferences added, though with only a few options * Rewrite of vtest2.c to use Ogg Vorbis and Theora instead of old formats * Fades and audio are now optional * Improvements to audio (lags, cracks, noises removed) * Any key will now end the Intro sequence, not just the Escape key
