Version 1.02 now released:
QuickFasta is now more stable.
Longer sequences (200+) may require a few extra seconds (than the splashtext suggests) to be formatted correctly.

Highlight a sequence that needs to be converted into FASTA format and press "ctrl+#" (control and hash). This will store a correctly formatted FASTA sequence in the clipboard. Simply just paste it where you need it. For Windows only.
