QUNIT - SI unit manipulation and comparison

Imperial College, Space Plasmas, Time Series Analysis library

This library is archived. It is the original library upon which
DvUnit was designed. It works as a stand-alone library 
(unlike DvUnit which is part of DVOS - see folder on this site).

It uses of the SI_Conversion attribute in space physics data
to determine the base SI unit of the data and conversion into that base unit.
It permits comparison between different units to see if they have a common base
SI unit and the conversion factors between them.
