QMapExplorer is an application to access, view and explore tile based online maps like OpenStreetMap or GoogleMaps. This is the first beta release with serious functionality. Enjoy!

High precision (<1m) measurement of distances
Measurement of basic geometric shapes (circle)
Custom map sources with xml file (./maps/maps.xml)
Scriptable map sources with QtScript (./maps/*.qs)
Draw Track Waypoints
Save Track to GPX file for usage with GPS device
Display of map position (Lat,Lon)
Cache system for improved tile access
OpenGL support for fast rendering
