    CeLib.dll loads only from \windows\celib.dll . it is not posible to put in \windows, because it on RAMdrive and be lost on reboot. But in source only one path for this lib ...

    Latest build does not work on Hp iPAQ 2200 with 2003 Previous version does (2.5 2006) Project seems to have died
