Basic command-line interface and algorithm for pwmaker.

This is NOT THE FINAL ALGORITHM. Do not rely on this version, it does not provide all stated features.

Version notes:
0.1.1 - Very minor change to user interface. Same algorithm as 0.1 -- fully compatible.
0.1 - First release. Basic form of the algorithm -- no verification of legitimacy of input. Ensures that password is of significant length, but does not provide guarantee of starting letter, or the existence of all types of characters.
