Simple, easy to use python-based command line utility that combines a base word with a secret word/phrase to generate a strong 8 character password.

The resulting password is guaranteed to be 8 characters long, begin with a letter, include at least one number, one upper-case and one lower-case letter, and one symbol from the set { '$', '?', '!', '_', '@' }. These guidelines are chosen for their compatibility with most password systems.

None of the data involved in creating the password is stored; the password can be reliably re-generated by inputting the same base word and secret phrase in pwmaker.
