"Password Tech Translation Utility" (PwTech-TU) is a small programm which assists you in translating the program "Password Tech" (PwTech) into another language. It is capable of creating new .lng files and updating existing files, which can then be loaded by PwTech. The German translation (file German.lng), which accompanies every release of PwTech since version 3.1.0, is used as a template for creating and updating translations.
