PureCSS Francine is a striking demonstration of what can be achieved using only CSS, without any JavaScript, images, or SVGs. It recreates a complex hand-drawn illustration of a woman named Francine purely with modern CSS features. The project was created by Cyan Harlow as part of the PureCSS Art series, which explores CSS as an artistic medium and pushes the boundaries of front-end design.
