This directory hosts the source code used by this project to compiled PSICOV on Windows. It is recommended to get the latest source code from the official website mentioned below instead. Download PSICOV-1.11-src.zip for PSICOV as available at http://bioinfadmin.cs.ucl.ac.uk/downloads/PSICOV/ Download psicov-dirichlet-1.10-src.zip for PSICOV-dirichlet, a modified version of PSICOV by replacing pseudocounts with dirichlet priors, which is officially available at github: https://github.com/timnugent/psicov-dirichlet Legacy PSICOV prior to version 1.08 requires GNU Scientific Library. Download gsl-1.9.tar.gz for the latest GSL licensed under GPL v2+.
