Project Manager Transition Checklist

This flexible transition checklist for project manager grows and shrinks with your transition plan. The outoing PM scores a 1 to the checklist item when it's complete from their end and the incoming PM scores a 2 when confirming it's complete from their end.

This produces a Transition % Formula equal to:
Total Score / { [Quantity of Questions] * 2 }

If there are 100 questions, the transition will be 50% complete when the outgoing PM adds a 1 to every question.
