I wrote this for myself, long ago, back in 1995.
I moved into a place in Arizona, which does not have a climate, it has
unpredictable weather. So, I decided to track it and, this program does it.
It has a place for the date, temperatures, perception, wind, sky conditions
and a note.
I converted it to xhb from Clipper and then to hb32.
I added some user friendly options and helpful functions.
It has a little bit of artificial intelligence programmed in.
It can predict the weather for a date when enough information has been added.
The output is almost, if not as good as a weather man could do.
Just adding a note here:
I used an * in the comment area to denote planting times and occurrences.
You may wish to do something similar.
The program does not track these so, you may wish to keep track of your
notations.
This is very useful when using the "Hunt for..." option.
