PPICompare

PPICompare detects statistically significant rewiring events in protein-protein interaction networks - even if they are caused by alternative splicing - and reports plenty of information to that. The input data needs to be constructed with PPIXpress (see https://sourceforge.net/projects/ppixpress/).
