This is the original note that told me I was the Owner of Pwrguns/pwerweapons.  ACE is not interested in what anyone does with this MOD.  He told me, and I quote, "I hate the game"
This was because of what people did with it.  His vision of the game was much slower.  More like a variation on Excessive Plus.  But the CVARS did away with that.  People loved the super fast fire power of the exploding shotgun shells.  And that was that.
I hereby release to the public, the work that was done.  I can't apologize for the different file extentions or state that it is in, because this is how it came to me.
I will state, that these tutorials I included were hard to come by, and some you just can't find anymore.  Which is partly why I included them.  My hope is that someday, maybe someone may find use for all this as I did.  I really wanted to code grappling bots, (the tutorial merely opens the door, you still would have to write the actual process for grappling in C.)

if you want me to keep the NoESCape page up and maintain it, you can 1.send me files to upload in replace of the ones there 2. give me a link for your news page and i will add it to the news section so all you have to do is update your news page, 3. or i will apply for you to have access to NoESCape ftp with pq. 4. or you can ask pappyr for a new site. the choice is yours.

also i would be curious to any releases you release, since this is my favorite q3 game and the only one i will play. have fun with it , i did.

Oh ya a couple more things. In the source directory you will notice 2 bg_pmove.c files, one has cvars in it and one does not, if you compile cgame withthe pmove that has cvars you will get errors, so when compileing cgame and ui make sure you have the "no cvar pmove" in place, then once you have the cgame and ui compiled, put the pmove with cvars in and compile game only, ( that will let you cvar any thing in pmove from your cvar .cfg be for you start the game.

The pwrweapons is server side  so all you need to do is compile game and dont need the the other vms when you release a version.

I installed q3 to c:/Quake3 and the compilers are readytogo for that path, after you install id's source for 127 or 129 just put this sorce in your q3 dir and compile and it should be good to go.
