PosturePro: Posture Monitoring App

PosturePro is a posture monitoring application for everyone who sits in front of the computer all day.
It uses computer vision to continously check and alert when posture has deteriorated.

Controls
'P' Key: Set or reset your perfect posture angle. Press 'P' again to re-record when needed.

'Esc' Key: Toggle pause and resume for the video feed.

'I' and 'O' Keys: Adjust the deviation angle threshold. Press 'I' to decrease and 'O' to increase.

'K' and 'L' Keys: Adjust the time threshold for posture alerts. Press 'K' to decrease and 'L' to increase.

'Q' Key: Quit the application.

How To Use
-> Upon opening the app, move into preffered position and press 'p' to record the position, now leave the program in the background and continue as usual.
-> Whenever posture degradation has exceeded a certain level (angle), a sound and text alert plays reminding you to move back into proper posture.
-> The recoded perfect posture angle along with angle (degradation value after which alert can play) and time (time in degraded angle after which alert plays) is displayed in the top right.
-> The Esc key can be pressed to pause the video to take a break remebering all set parameters.
-> Use the 'I', 'O', 'K', 'L' to adjust various parameters as per requirements.
-> Press 'Q' or exit the application manually to close the window when done.

To change sound alert, download preffered sound effect in .wav format and rename to sound.wav, replace the current sound.wav in root with preffered file.

For optimal results, ensure good lighting conditions and a clear view of your body's landmarks.
There may be limitations in extreme postures or low-light environments.
