Whenever a users connects to port specified in the config file that ip gets added to ipchain or iptables.

A pratical use would be to switch ssh port to 1200, than blacklist port 22, so anyone who tries to connect to your ssh gets banned.

Also includes a WipePort feature incase you get banned
