this is a simple program that creates statistics of populous 3, it was not finished yet and it needs to be optimized (in vb? almost impossible..), there are a lot of tools that it should have in it, but at the developement time i could not include all this (there are only a piece of code, it needs to be directed to the main function, that is to create statistics and maybe alter some game values)
