Note: There are no changes to the ADMX templates in this release. I bumped the version to be consistent. There is no need to move to these templates if you are using v3.0 or v3.1.
Note: While these templates will work for Firefox ESR 78, they contain new policies that are not in Firefox ESR 78. If you need to manage Firefox ESR 78, you should use v2.12

This release updates the following policies:
SanitizeOnShutdown (All) - This policy now properly handles a false value.
Preferences - Added additional preference security.tls.enable_0rtt_data. This change was also made for Firefox 78 ESR.
