A set of Matlab scripts defining two tools.

The first tool ('Ploidy_analysis_5.m') loads FCS2.0 format flow cytometry datasets and perform cell cycle model fittings to the raw data, interactively producing one or more ploidy estimates per experimental dataset.

The second tool ('Analyze_Aneuploidy.m') can be used to make estimates of likelihood of a certain number of extra chromosomes being responsible for an observed non-euploid ploidy estimate. Use of this tool requires editing initiating variables near the start of the script.
