Platinum+ Optimizer V9.2

Platinum+ Optimizer Banner

A lightweight Windows batch script (.cmd) made to lower input delay, reduce FPS drops and micro-stutters in games, and strip out background telemetry and useless Windows bloatware.

WARNING:
If you have V9.1 or older builds, do not use them. Older versions contain bugs that have been completely resolved in this release. Use ONLY V9.2 or newer.

What's New in V9.2

  • Game Launchers & Anti-Freeze: Fixed the "Application not responding" freeze on Rockstar Games Launcher, Steam, and FiveM (corrected HungAppTimeout to 5000ms, set AutoEndTasks = 0, and lowered WmiPrvSE.exe priority to prevent CPU starvation).
  • FiveM Audio & DirectSound Fix: Resolved the dsound.dll+44690 audio crash and fixed DPC latency underruns by removing excessive real-time priority on USB/input threads and balancing MMCSS.
  • Bluetooth Wireless Audio: Fixed the "Couldn't connect" error when pairing wireless headphones (JBL, Sony, AirPods, etc.) by properly configuring CDPSvc and CDPUserSvc.
  • Desktop & Explorer Stability: Resolved blank/gray screen glitches, taskbar lockups, and Explorer crashes by maintaining the Windows Themes and FontCache services.
  • Windows Hello & Anti-Cheat Pass: Fixed PIN login issues and removed conflicting BCD parameters to guarantee 100% compatibility with modern anti-cheats (BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat, Vanguard, Ricochet).
  • Windows System Recovery: Fixed the "There was a problem restoring your PC" error by preserving Component Store (WinSxS) DLLs and core servicing files.
  • Wi-Fi & Network Indicators: Preserved the lfsvc trigger database and fixed false "No Internet Access" NCSI notifications while keeping SSL certificate verification intact for Steam and Discord.
  • SSD TRIM & NVMe Performance: Enabled SSD TRIM (DisableDeleteNotification = 0) and enabled Host Memory Buffer (HMB) for maximum read/write speeds on DRAM-less NVMe SSDs.
  • Console UI & Colors: Fixed the echo on terminal bug and restored clean ANSI menu rendering with working Red/Gold palettes.
  • Automatic Backups: Creates an automated System Restore Point and exports a registry backup to your Desktop before applying changes.

What This Script Tweaks

  • Kernel & Latency: Optimizes interrupt handling, DPC rates, and Low Fragmentation Heap (LFH) allocations to cut down CPU processing delays.
  • GPU & Display: Reduces frame queuing latency and disables background overlays, Game DVR captures, and unnecessary DWM debug layers.
  • Memory & Storage: Optimizes RAM paging behavior, enables SSD TRIM, and prevents useless disk writes.
  • Mouse & Keyboard: Disables USB selective suspend and configures raw input queues without audio starvation.
  • Debloat & Telemetry: Uninstalls preinstalled bloat apps and turns off telemetry, diagnostic logging, Cortana, and Copilot.
  • Services: Disables 50+ background services you don't need while keeping core audio, network, and restore features fully functional.

Windows Update & Microsoft Store

  • Windows Update: Disabled by default to prevent Windows from resetting your tweaks and causing background stutters.
  • Microsoft Store: Disabled by default to save system resources.

The file is 100% open source. There are no compiled executables, encryptions, or hidden scripts. You can right-click the .cmd file, open it in Notepad, and inspect every single command yourself.

Compatibility

  • Windows 10: 1809 through 22H2 (Home, Pro, Enterprise, LTSC).
  • Windows 11: 21H2 through 24H2 (Home, Pro, Enterprise).
  • Tested across 13 different physical PCs on clean stock Windows installs with verified stability and lower latency.

Note on Custom OS / Tweaked Builds: This script is designed for stock Windows installs. If you are using heavily stripped custom ISOs or have already applied multiple third-party optimizers, we cannot guarantee full compatibility since external tweaks can conflict with each other.

How to Run

  1. Download Platinum+ Optimizer.V9.2.FREE.cmd.
  2. Right-click the file and select Run as administrator.
  3. Choose option [1] from the menu.
  4. When finished, reboot your PC.
