A detailed tutorial of using NeuroEAs is added to the user manual.
Add an expensive single-objective evolutionary algorithm MiSACO, two expensive multi-objective evolutionary algorithms CMOEBOD and SAMOEA-TL2M, a sparse multi-objective evolutionary algorithm AMG-PSL, two constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms CMOBR and CMODRL, and a multi-model multi-objective evolutionary algorithm MONAS. There are currently 340 algorithms in the platform.
Add 30 expensive single-objective optimization problems EOPCCV_F1-EOPCCV_F30. There are currently 625 problems in the platform.
