Justin.tv has an annoying method of authenticating with their IRC servers, this proxy daemon makes it a little easier.

Rather than having to create a new server for every streamer that you want to watch, you just connect to this proxy first and then /join channels. The proxy server takes care of logging in to the correct host, and routes messages such that your client is happy.
