PingChecker is a tool I wrote to help myself with pinging multiple hostnames or IP addresses for the purpose of determining patterns. You can enter targets yourself, or read names stored in a file, and ping all of them in sequence. The results are saved in both plain text and CSV format for easy viewing.

Features

  • Ping multiple machines (in sequence) by either hostname or IP address

  • Customize the program to suit your needs, such as taking a list exported from Active Directory and using that as input

Results are highlighted as the program runs to help you spot the useful information. After all is said and done, the results are stored in a text file that you can save for reviewing later. Newly added graphical dialogs in 15.8.16 New in 15.8.16, a built-in text viewer for displaying the results graphically on all systems. New in 15.8.16, you can choose whether to enter targets manually, or read them from a file. New in 15.8.16, results are also stored in a CSV file for easy sorting of data with your favorite spreadsheet software.
