The zipped archive 'ArtechHouse' contains LT-SPICE simulation files, Matlab scripts and other files to accompany the book ''Microwave and RF Semiconductor Control Device Modeling' " by Robert Caverly and published by Artech House.

The file SPICEfile.xls contains the original PIN diode model and can be used in Excel to compute the PIN diode SPICE sub-circuit. This file is valid at 300 Kelvin. 

The file SPICEfile-thermal-sourceforge.xls contains the new PIN diode electrothermal model and can be used in Excel to compute the PIN diode SPICE sub-circuit.
