The project is built with oaW (openArchitectureWare) maybe the most popular framework of MDSD now days. It provide a small DSL for modeling and can be extended (the code generated) through a cartridge mechanism. Give it a chance :) , feedback are welcome

Data acess layer code is generated to integrate with ORM like solutions like EZPDO and planing Zend_Db component
Authentication functionality achieve making use of Zend_Auth component
Extensible. Easy to write new cartridges, don't like the supported frameworks, you can build your own cartridge easily
