The data used in tomato PHAS genes prediction by PhaseTank are the followings (with the download page):
1. tomato_genome.fa,tomato_cDNA.fa are downloaded from http://solgenomics.net/organism/Solanum_lycopersicum/genome.
2: tomato_ncRNA are downloaded from http://rfam.xfam.org/.
3: miRNAs are downloaded from http://www.mirbase.org/index.shtml.
4: small RNA reads are GSM803579,GSM803580 and GSM803581 from http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.
5: degradome data is GSM553690 from http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.

This OUTPUT file is the PhaseTank prediction results using tomato genome sequences with default parameters.
