pgn4web-cb, Coordinates and Buttons

This is a modification of pgn4web, 
found at http://pgn4web.casaschi.net

This version of pgn4web supports German Notation, and adds some interface buttons.

Full list of Modifications:

Added Coordinates A-H,1-8

Added buttons for:
-Rotate Board,
-Highlight last move on/off
-Show/Hide comments and variations
-Keyboard Help
-Shortcut Squares Help

Added Variables:
-MoveIndicator: if set true, shows who is to move in lower left corner
-ShowMovesInNewLine: if set true, moves will be shown in new lines, like on a sheet of paper
-Notation: Sets notation language, currently only "German" and "GermanShort" is supported.

INSTALLATION:
You need to download original project FIRST!
Go to http://pgn4web.casaschi.net and download project.
Extract to some folder.
Download pgn4web-cb at http://sourceforge.net/projects/pgn4web-cb/
Extract to folder you just extracted original project to, OVERWRITE if necessary.
Check "htmltemplate/template.html" for a basic template.
Upload folders and files, if there are any problems you can't fix yourself, 
you may contact me via email or open a ticket on sourceforge project page.

You can easily add more languages or add/remove/edit functionality of buttons 
if you search for my comments "// this is edited by devphp.de".
If you want to add more languages to project, take a look at lines 3874ff.
