Perfect Streamer Meshwork 2.0.2.408, the current version. Install it from the signed package repository and start a 30-day trial with no stream limit: RHEL / AlmaLinux / Rocky and Debian / Ubuntu instructions. No binaries are attached: Perfect Streamer Meshwork (2.x) is distributed through repo.pstreamer.tv only.

Perfect Streamer Meshwork at a glance

  • Meshwork: a cluster of streamers managed from one web UI, with a shared catalog of resources, a topology view and fleet-wide alerts.
  • Low-Latency OTT: LL-HLS and MPEG-DASH on CMAF, with parts aligned to keyframes.
  • DVR / timeshift: a persistent archive written alongside live HLS / DASH delivery.
  • CI / CAM modules: descrambling through CI modules on any input, several slots per input, the module menu in the web UI.
  • A new web UI with a signal-path view, live stream statistics and a TR 101 290 report per stream.
  • Signed packages over HTTPS from repo.pstreamer.tv.

What's new in this build

Changes since the previous public build (2.0.2.399):

  • DVR: a full, read-only or failing DVR disk no longer stops live HLS / DASH delivery; the archive resumes once the fault is fixed.
  • Package repository: HTTPS, signed packages and metadata (key E391 9454 BFD9 DEA4 6CDE C886 5BDD 7AE6 BEB5 D084).
  • Inputs and outputs: after a reconnection retry an input or output no longer hangs in a start attempt (SRT listener, PS1, RTMP/RTMPS, RTSP, HLS input, TCP, transcoder).
  • SRT: callers with a wrong or missing passphrase no longer take up all connection slots of a listener.
  • Settings: a change made right before a shutdown or restart is no longer lost; editing a stream no longer blocks the API when an input is down; SIGHUP is a regular shutdown.
  • HTTP API: a stream created with an invalid parameter value is refused as a whole; the position of the mpts key no longer matters.
  • Meshwork: Pro-MPEG inputs receiving a multicast group appear in the shared resource catalog.
  • Other improvements and bug fixes.
