Graph Transformer Network download

This project endeavors to be a framework for using Graph Transformer Networks (GTNs) to segment variable length data. This project will rely heavily upon Boost Graph Library (BGL) and Fast Artificial Neural Networks (FANN).

Reads the format of the MNIST handwritten database. See http://yann.lecun.com/exdb/mnist/ for more information.
Transforms a single-source, single-target Graph (vector edge/vertex lists) into the shortest path from source to target.
