Mostly it is used by "WinBuilder" projects like "LiveXP", "Win7PE", "Win8.1SE", "Win10PE_SE", "Win10XPE", etc.
The utility is developed under the BSD-license type and AutoIt3-EULA.

    Excellent for WinPE. I use Win10XPE to make my PE and it automatically open a window to install network. In one click, i can access the internet

    free nonfree program! The free license is in the folder and the EULA file is right there. As a result, it turns out that the program contains non-free components, which means that the program cannot be free.
