* p1.0 - controls NC relay for red hand (in rest RED hand is on)
* p1.6 - controls NO relay for white man (in rest WHITE man if off)
* p1.3 - ground pin to start crossing sequence.
*
* sequence = RED HAND steady -> WHITE HAND steady -> RED HAND blink -> RED HAND steady
