For enable pcb in pt_BR i make this:
-get pcb code
-unpack it
-put pt_BR.po and LINGUAS in "pcb/po" directory
-the location of gpcb-menu.res.in and of pcb-menu.res.in are "pcb/src"
-replace the file gpcb-menu.res.in renaming gpcb-menu.res.in.pt_BR to gpcb-menu.res.in
-replace the file pcb-menu.res.in renaming pcb-menu.res.in.pt_BR to pcb-menu.res.in
-do the your local compilation of pcb with pt_BR language.
