Allows to convert Perforce to Mercurial Projects.
Perforce Branches are converted correctly by using internal Mercurial copies, creates tags for every new branch.
Perforce Tags will be converted, too.
Requirements:
- A Perforce client workspace set up on the machine that does the conversion with at least read access.
- hg must be installed
- Enough harddrive space :)
