New Features - ADDED: Added more icons to various message boxes.
Bugs Fixed - FIXED: Any attempt to unload save will not reset the app icon in Design View. - FIXED: Open icon file still open old icon after load new project or save. - FIXED: Project can build without resource via Build menubar. - FIXED: Advanced After Build Actions menu still show up after load new project or save. - FIXED: Start log can still accessable leading to crash after logs flushed.
