New Feature * ADDED: Implemented app structure check before load everything. * ADDED: Implemented app data collection but user can disable at setup. * ADDED: (Dev) Readd show splash screen. * ADDED: (Dev) Restart in Restore Mode button.
Change * CHANGE: Resource info will show as N/A (not available) when there is no resource. * CHANGE: Changed some message box text and system in EULA pages.

Known Issues * ISSUE: Some new features may not works perfectly. * ISSUE: Due to big update of CefSharp, app may failed to launch at first time. WORKAROUND: Try to relaunch app again.
