2. Wipe Dalvik Cache, Data, System, Vendor, Cache
3. Flash The Downloaded Rom (Times Taken Around 3-6 Minutes)
4. Reboot Device (Times Taken Around 7-14 Minutes)
5. Reboot Back To Recovery

second thing is may be yr device is encrypted so just format data from recovery (before takes backup everything through recovery)
