Data Workshop imports use dedicated landing workers with durable import receipts and guarded recovery. Workshop turns now retain task ownership and separate queue/start clocks, with scaling based on occupied and waiting slots and queue-age alarms. Evaluation generation uses bounded project/run admission, and monitoring runs with the deployment role credentials.
The console distinguishes waiting from active execution. This release contains the validated changes from platform PRs [#153], [#155] and [#156].
