OS Images

This is a repository of OVA images to be used with VMware ESXi or other virtualization platforms that support OVA's.

Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Virtualization_Format#Industry_support for more information on platforms that support OVAs.

I selected VM version 8 for the following reasons:
- I still have some older 5.x boxes I may need to use these on
- Newer hardware versions don’t offer me features that I need

VM's here shall:
- Use virtual machine hardware version: 8
- Have a 20GB thin provisioned disk
- Be the most basic installation to keep size down
- Have no additional software installed (except sshd)
- Whenever possible the username shall be "osimages" and the password shall be "Osimages123!"
