OxygenOS-Redefined: Fastboot ROMs for OnePlus 12R & Ace 3

These builds are generated via a fully automated cloud CI/CD pipeline, taking official OxygenOS and ColorOS firmware and repacking them with targeted performance modifications for the OnePlus 12R and Ace 3.

⚡ Features & Modifications
Ready-to-Flash: Packaged as complete Fastboot archives. No payload dumping or manual extraction required.

Custom Kernel Integration: The stock boot.img is pre-patched with the latest custom AnyKernel3 releases, specifically targeted for either the 12R or Ace 3 architecture (depending on the build variant).

Stock Stability Preserved: The pure stock vendor_boot.img is intentionally preserved to prevent Fastbootd security panics and flashing lockouts.

Debloated & Cleaned: Automated removal of unnecessary bloatware and fs-verity from system partitions.

OTA Blocked: Built-in XML configurations to block forced over-the-air (OTA) updates from overwriting your setup.

📱 Supported Devices
OnePlus 12R (OxygenOS Builds)

OnePlus Ace 3 (ColorOS Builds)
(Please ensure you are downloading the correct firmware variant for your specific device model).

🛠️ Flashing Instructions
Note: Your bootloader must be unlocked before proceeding. You must also have Fastboot Firmware Flasher to flash the images.

Download the .zip file for your specific device and OS version.

Extract the .zip file to FIRMWARE folder inside Fastboot Firmware Flasher on your PC.

Connect your device to your PC.

Navigate to Firmware Flasher and flash the images.

⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimers
Backup Your Data: Flashing a new OS can wipe your data. Always back up your internal storage before proceeding.

First Boot: The first boot after flashing may take longer than usual (up to 5-10 minutes). This is normal.

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, or thermonuclear war. Please ensure you understand the Fastboot flashing process before continuing.
